I have had the opportunity to get to know Dr. Mohammed Salleh over many years of working together on academic research and in providing academic service to international students. We jointly published a book, Supervisory Management and its Link to the Human Resources Function with The Edwin Mellen Press in 2001. We have published several research articles jointly. Most recently, our joint artilce, "Corporate Strategies: Seizing Opportunities in the Association fo South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) was accepted for publication in the International Journal of Decision Ethics in May 2009 and is to be published shortly. We do research on global studies on economics and business and related areas. As a former college president (Mercy College 1972-84) and college professor, I have worked with him to advise some international students. Because he has sound experience as Academic Registrar and Director at SBP Academic Pte Ltd and prior similar positions, he is very knowedgeable about international academic matters and has proved helpful to me in advising international students. He is a person of great integrity and has the motivation, energy and knowledge to successfully work as an academic administrator.
